Matt is an advisor and consultant for faith driven investors, business leaders, and impact organizations. Early in his career, he worked for several years in Afghanistan and the UAE with a team that started three impact businesses to employ marginalized populations. After returning to the US, Matt worked in multiple organizational strategy roles for the Summit Church and its global outreach partner organizations. He led a team to launch the DWELL Initiative, which helped local churches serve and care for residents of multi-family properties. He was also a cofounder and board member for the ReCity Network, a coworking space in Durham focused on collaborative initiatives for at-risk youth. Matt lives in Raleigh North Carolina with his wife Lauren and their two amazing kids, and serves as an elder at the Summit Church.
