Pull From One Pocket

MULTIPLYING OUR IMPACT ON THE WORLD

We truly believe that it’s all God’s anyway. And that means we as Faith Driven Investors can stop dividing where we allocate capital and start multiplying the impact we have on the marketplace and the world.

We can also move towards understanding money as more than just a tool—it is a tangible and powerful expression of our core identity as his image-bearers. The investment strategies we create and deploy are well thought out and sensible. They also reveal a focus on human flourishing and Gospel advancement.

And yet, pulling from one pocket is more than an investment strategy. This driving and defining kingdom mindset guides the whole picture of how every resource entrusted to us should be stewarded, including time, access, and space.

Faith Driven Investors who pull from one pocket soon take a holistic approach to life and work in more intentional and fulfilling ways. What that looks like for you or your organization will be completely unique to your vision. And yet, the way we invest, give, and spend will all be a reflection of our love for God and for people. Because it all comes from the same source.

USING SCRIPTURE AS OUR GUIDE

Luke 12:15 Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”

1 Timothy 6:17-19 Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

Philippians 4:11-13 Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
